Markitos' Story
Going through some medical situations, I relied a lot on research to help figure out what I could and couldn't eat. Sourdough bread was one of the things that was recommended for gut health. I just never looked back. I did get a little annoyed with store sourdough being out of stock so here we are. The endless possibilities really challenge my mind, which was very much needed at this point in my life. I'm excited for what else I can do with sourdough and how I can bring this to my community!
