I was always curious of sourdough bread after learning of its long start process. I never dared until recently. I got impatient with out of stock store brand sourdough bread. Then I learned you can make pretty much anything you want with sourdough discard! At a time where I felt like I had no passion or spark for anything, sourdough came into my life at a pretty damned good time.
